Working Holiday, CGTA Gift show, Lake Michigan, & Toronto,On

We've been away for a while, travelling, attending Gift shows, doing a partial Lake Superior Circle Tour, sourcing out new product for clients, and working..... This is one of the smaller Banquet rooms at the Park Inn, Rexdale, On. Fabulous chandeliers and trim details.

Manzanita branches are so sculptural - akin to a work of Art when positioned in a room.

What a treat to smell all the wonderful fresh flowers at Metz Floral. I felt like I was back in Holland!

I was happy to find fresh Bay leaves, here I am making a Wreath with the bay leaves.

Over-the-top Displays at Flora Seda's booth at CGTA Gift Show, Toronto.

Brand new Bedding patterns from Brunelli.

This season, Grey continues to be strong, along with the ever popular Black & White.

Always lots to see in Toronto, here is a movie being made, just around the corner from the Delta Chelsea on Gerrard St.

Of course, Christmas is just around the corner.

We have new evening bags - in various colours

Aaahhh.! Rest and Relaxation...wonderful stretches of sandy beach just after you cross over at Sault Ste. Marie into the U.S. These beaches continue all the way to Marquette, Michigan.

Being at the Beach is what Summer is all about. We usually seize any opportunity to stop at a sandy beach.

Breakfast at Big Boy Restaurants - so delicious!

Lots of stopping along the way to check out the many streams and waterfalls, this spot had the greenest moss I have ever seen.

To end a Road trip, roasting marshmallows, and eating S'mores!

Easter & Spring Flowers, Thunder Bay, On

The trees and the buds are saying it's Spring in Thunder Bay, in spite of the recent snowfall. The Robins are running along the path to the shop, all puffed up, looking around for some bare ground to find some food.

It's Easter this week, time to think about what to decorate the dinner table with, and also what is your front door wearing? A Springy Wreath , made of Pussy willows would be nice. Order yours early, price is $39.99-$49.99. Need Flowers delivered? We have Spring bouquets of Parrot Tulips, & Ranunculus, and yes, we deliver.

Can't decide what to get? Come out to the store on Hacquoil Rd. and be Inspired!

.. Cheery Yellow Gerbera daisies................

Just like the yellow of these newly hatched chicks at Dan's Feed Barn, in Superior, Wisconsin. So warm and fuzzy and yellow and cute and chirpy... Such a treat to see chicks in the Springtime!

There were also cute yellow ducklings, all very worried and scared of us..! So cute and fuzzy, just starting to get their tail feathers

This beautiful arrangement above contains Iris, statice, Tulips and Calla lilies. Iris will last longer if kept in a cool place.

Sending someone Flowers in Thunder Bay? What about this selection of Roses, Lilies, Spider mums, and Gerbera daisies? Order early to make sure you get the best selection of Blooms.

Choose from our wide selection of beautiful glassware.

This is a special-order arrangement , which is only available if you order 2 weeks in advance. Ask for the Ranuculus/Peony Twig candleholder.

We have natural, moss wreaths with real quail eggs, a nice change from a floral wreath

If you are missing texture in your room, consider adding this wreath to your walls.

Pink Rhubrum lilies, white tulips, pink waxflowers, pink roses, and salal leaves. Ask for the

P i n k T h i n g B o u q u e t.

Love Fresh blooms, but don't have the time to take care of them? Consider a Faux bouquet like this pitcher filled with peonies and sweet peas. Doesn't it look Springy in this bedroom?

Cement birds for the Garden, with a moss pot.

A ruffled Cake plate, with Dragonfly kitchen towels, and a faux egg. What a cool gift for someone who loves to bake!

Cheery Gerbera daisies.

Vintage Pine Gum pots with Lily of the Valley and tulips. Roofers would use the pine gum to repair roofs, a long time ago.

Add nests and pots and birds...and your decor will look Springy.......
