Hello! Hello!  How is everyone doing? Here at The Camellia, we are SO HAPPY that it's Spring and the weather is getting warmer! This little lamb is part of the flock of Stalwart Farm, just outside Kakabeka Falls.  Spring is a time of Joy, renewal, and new life!  We have now been quarantined for a while, and it seems like  ..... forever. All that togetherness with our family is nice, but no so nice after a while. Dads who don't usually look after kids are, well, very challenged,  shall we say. Those who aren't tech experts have had to quickly learn to embrace Zoom, and other apps. If you're a couple, little annoyances that the other person is doing, these are starting to drive you around the bend. Schedules are disrupted, and have you found that you barely know what day it is?  Trying to stick to a routine when there is no routine is hard. It seems like we stay in our PJ's or leggings most days. Also we may be staying up too late watching Netflix. And stress eating is happening.  Home is your safe place, a refuge in times like this. Now that you are spending more time at home, maybe the mess in your rooms is getting to you, or spaces that need updating are really starting to bother you.  We will be offering limited in-home Design consults, once things are open again. Spring is here so a quick change of cushion covers, Tablecloths,  Flower arrangements & Wreaths is in order.  IF YOU NEED ANY PRODUCTS, WE ARE HERE FOR CONTACTLESS  PICK-UP or DELIVERY  We are all stocked up with Cottage Paint, so if you need any paint, phone your order in. Thinking Spring in the midst of Snow.

Here at The Camellia, we are trying to think     S P R I N G !!

It is somewhat difficult to think Spring, with snowfall after snowfall, with blowing winds and minus thirty -something temperatures. 

So we can dream on and think about munching on yummy Lavender Cupcakes, and sipping Lavender Lemonade. 

And of Peony Garden blooms, as big as the palm of your hand. Ruffles of Pink and Ivory.

New Spring colours of Cottage Paint have arrived. Customers are taking advantage of the long and cold Winter to paint their old pieces of furniture. Of course they can do this indoors as Cottage Paint has low voc's.
